Noah's mother, the Reverend Dr. Sarah Foulger, has written an account of Noah's illness in hopes of helping other parents of adult children with cancer. Watch this page for information about how to access her book.
May, 2010 Noah graduated with honors from Dartmouth Medical School. He and Sarah moved to Philadelphia where he is in residency at CHOP (Children's Hospital of Philadelphia). Sarah will begin her residency in June, 2011.
July, 2009 Noah and Sarah were married in a cloud of joyous celebration.

9/5/08 Noah started back into his medical school rotations at the end of April. He completed Psychiatry in June, Neurology in August, and just started Pediatrics at the Barbara Bush wing of Maine Medical Center in Portland. More importantly, Noah and Sarah Goodrich are now engaged and planning to be married next summer. They've entered a contest for a wedding in Maine. 7/21/08 Sarah's birthday. Noah proposed! She accepted!
7/14/08 Noah met with his oncologist, Dr.Marc Gautier, this morning to review the results of his 6-month post-chemo pet scan. All clear!!! [Ed: Amen!] To date, Team Noah has raised $9,090!!
*Team Noah - Ready to Prouty!* Thanks to everyone who was a part of "Team Noah" at the Prouty Challenge Race in Hanover, New Hampshire: Team Captain and Cancer Survivor Noah Hoffman, and in alphabetical order: Trevor Eide (Noah's roommate at DMS), Davis Foulger (Noah's Uncle from NY), Sarah Foulger (Noah's mother), Sarah Goodrich (Noah's girlfriend), Robert and Susan Goodrich (Sarah's parents), Christopher Hoffman (Noah's brother), Russell Hoffman (Noah's father), Katie Noyes (Noah's classmate at DMS), Carolyn Presley (Noah's classmate at DMS), Ben Pulliam (Noah's cousin from CT), Courtney Reichert (Chris' girlfriend), Ben Snyder (Noah's roommate at DMS), Miriam Trotscha (Noah's classmate at DMS), Tom Wilson (Noah's roommate from Colby days). To date (Monday, July 14 at 11 am), Team Noah has raised over $8,400 for the Norris Cotton Cancer Care Center. The Prouty is very near it's $2 million goal. It's not too late to donate.
